Most of our brand partners offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must usually be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact the brand partner directly (details are provided in your order confirmation email).

They will provide next steps for evaluation, replacement, or refund.

In most cases, the fastest option is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be unworn/unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
